Over in the NE corner and around Ephrata for the eastside.  There are populations on the westside in certain places, some huntable some not.  I had two in my yard about three weeks ago here in Selah

I have seen one fox about 20 years ago in SW Washington.  It was in Gifford Pinchot National Forest and for some reason they are protected there.  :dunno:  Does anyone happen to know why?

Here is a map and info on Red Fox in WA.

Seen a few here in Asotin County also....although I can count them all on one hand.

Of course, this doesn't count the small number of them that live around the county landfill.

There re Gray Fox my Adams Walupt Lake area that's why it's closed. I'seen quite a few Red Fox. But I ain't telling were. They like salt water bay areas and Farm valleys. And around town's seen one a couple day's ago but it was here in Michigan. Rick

The only one I have ever seen, is now in my living room watching tv with me.  A red fox after the color change.  He is really pretty.

No problem, you can hunt them at night!!  Plus of all the predators to call, night or day fox are by far the easiest to call in.

http://hunting-washington.com/smf/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=3718.0;attach=49238        Got this one a couple years ago.

That thing looks like a weird miniature wolf. Very cool.
